Linux users don't usually download installers from websites.

No, but then the firefox team will stop caring for 32bit because some online metric shows that there is no 32bit firefox users anymore

The movies in the festival can be streamed for free with subtitles in different languages.

Firefox users can create their own "bangs" with bookmark keywords. Just bookmark https://example.com/%s and then assign a keyword to it from the Library window (full bookmarks manager).

Or right-click in any search box on any website, choose "Add keyword for this search".

This extension lets you open self-destructing containers: https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/open-in-temp-container/ .

This Firefox extension allows you to open independent private tabs in the same window as your regular tabs. The containers are disposable and the extension deletes them a while after you close their last tabs.

It is convenient for testing sites as an anonymous user or with different sets of logins. If you give it permission to access your browsing history, it will also prevent new URLs visited in private containers from being stored.

Mozilla-related forums are currently full of complaints about the new design of Thunderbird. It has also flipped the UI with no option of reverting it back other than using an unsupported CSS hack: https://i.imgur.com/9xzJjtr.png

That sucks but it's also hilarious someone thought that was an improvement.

You don't need to use a separate extension to filter out search results. You can use this tool to generate filters for uBlock Origin: https://letsblock.it/filters/search-results

Is there a cli tool for that? I have over 300 domains in my ublacklist list.

You can try using ChatGPT or a similar tool to apply the same pattern to all domains in your list with a prompt like:

    "Use this pattern:

    example.com##a:has(.b)

    to create separate rules for these domains:

    example.net
    example.org
    ..."

> I wish sites would stop with the nag pop-ups and all that junk.

Just go to the Filter Lists tab in your uBlock Origin settings and check these groups:

* AdGuard - Annoyances

* uBlock filters - Annoyances

If you still see nags anywhere after enabling these lists, please click on the extension button and use the report option (the speech bubble icon).

It isn’t that I don’t like the nags. I don’t want the part of the internet that needs the nags to get in the way of my view of the good part.

You didn't need to be using Firefox Nightly. Collections have been available on Firefox Beta for several months.
