The UI looks great and thanks for sharing the code. I would definitely look at the code to learn how you implemented. I too am a learner and have been doing Flutter UI challenges for couple of months now to gain comfortable knowledge about this amazing platform. One thing I addon is to write my experience in a blog post, it helps me grip my understanding of the concept.
I can relate to the post, having just started for couple of months now, learning to write code for your self is satisfying. I have followed several youtube videos to learn programming language, but the fruitful results only come from working on side projects/challenges etc.
The only way to account my progress is through github commits. I love the color green. ;)
I too am a web developer and have constantly been fascinated by new technologies. I had looked at android development but could not get a hang of Java. Recently flutter has been in the wild and so I choose to get my hands dirty by doing flutter challenges. I loved the process and the ease of working with flutter so I ensure that I spend at least 1 hour everyday developing in flutter. I look forward to getting off from work so I can switch on my home laptop and do some flutter. P.S : I will continue being a web developer.
Hola. Not related to this post, but I remember you from the early days of Envato when Jeffrey way and you had most of the blog posts. I learned a lot and kickstarted my career from those tutorials. Cheers and All the best..!!!
Like the comment below - started with Symfonator UI.
Generally I started learning symfony for new work then I keep playing with it more and more and.... then I started to have some personal issues where I have more things to do, to manage, to remember about and so on.
I couldnt handle it on my own on that point so either I solve my problem or will suffer.
I worked on setting up jekyll and made the site as per my like. I have plans to continue writing and maintaining an online journey. Brings a smile everytime I make some commits in the repository. :)
