I personally am not sure what's the point of this, when the graph seems like doesn't give any real information + doesn't even work on mobile (no hover), but congrats on finishing up the series!

sorry as UI was not optimized enough for mobile but my intention was to show the adventure of writing and learning more about java

Dumping every sentence saves up tokens in human mind ;-)

Dunno, I have been in IKEA and saw 50 types of drawer handles, for example :)

(Same for car interior design, or things like even doors that some swivels on one axis, some split on multiple, some slide.)

I don't think that us humans really actually like/want standarts. We think we do, but there are 100+1+1 standart from which to choose. So Claude becoming "standart" iš just +1 standart to choose from. Unique is fun!

But friction can be good, because it makes your offer stand out.

Like haggling in the local market, or trying to "catch" that successful/awesome person that has limited availability.

Friction makes stuff feel valuable. Of course, not absurdly confusing, but just a bit.

Yeah, even from intro we see that it has WAY too many words + repeats itself. Simptom of LLM content.

Not in Lithuania. While it's not the No1 or 2,3 platform for job advertisements, it's still very popular, especially for IT and management jobs.

So this probably depends on the country.

Sorry, I meant more like vast majority of people daily on LinkedIn are not there cause they are unemployed and looking for work

Why publish on the web, if it's strictly personal and you don't wish to hear responses?

I can understand "I don't need advice, duck you" worldview, but strict "you only consume, never think or respond" is a bit weird...

Of course, our comments here are a bit meta on this topic.

Note: after re-reading I may have just misunderstood sarcasm, lol. Oopsie. Ah well.

;)

For sure higher quality social network than Facebook. I personally like it. (Note that I follow only lithuanian posts. It may be our local language specifics.)

We won't know until we try it.

This law in worst case doesn't cause any problems and in best case solve problems. So win-win.

Also MacOS completely crashes if you have ethernet cable connected and decide to also turn on the WiFi. No "hey, choose whatever you wish" or "hey, disconnect from ethernet first" errors, just complete crash to reboot, lol.

I'll chime in and say personally I do this all the time and have never experienced a system crash from this.

I abandoned MacOS back in 2018 since I found it too quirky and poweruser-unfriendly (the main thing that comes to mind is neatly indicated by todays other MacOS related frontpage article on resizing). Now we can add overt instability to the list.

Honestly, why should you choose something? I regularly use both. Also multiple WiFi chips are quite handy.
