Nice concept & designs! I run a startup that makes software for other tutoring companies (http://www.tutortrove.com), including a whiteboard with a focus on math tools (inline equations, drag & drop graphing) and homework help (ability to import images and full documents).

I'm super-interested in these designs & maybe the domain and happy to share them with others if you go the CC route. Also just interested in talking with any edu-startups-- that's what gets me up every morning.
