what does this mean for https://blog.cloudflare.com/cloudflares-commitment-to-free/

TLDR:

free users make Cloudflare’s network smarter

free users create massive scale

some free users eventually become enterprise customers

and the huge traffic volume lowers Cloudflare’s own infrastructure costs.

huh i would have thought ycombinator.com would be more bot friendly with an agent-card or something!

this is really great. I thought about building something like this for a while now. well done.

Happy to hear. Please try for a few days. You can give feedback in the app.

i also got this message from codex: "This chat was flagged for possible cybersecurity risk. If this seems wrong, try rephrasing your request. To get authorized for security work, join the Trusted Access for Cyber program. https://chatgpt.com/cyber"

just amazing what CF gives you on the free plan. It blows away render, vercel, fly.io, firebase, all of them.

we build this for our own use but thought others might like.

Hello, developer here. This is a v0.0.1 preview release of the idea of your own "bot with a budget" that looks for things a bot can buy. It scans a list of domains (hard coded for now) and looks for files like /.well-known/ucp or .well-known/commerce or x402 endpoints. Once you add a credit card that same card can be used without human approval in the future. This part is not in this v0.0.1 version yet, still a manual human click Yes, buy button.

I can't believe no one has mentioned the original oh so hacker name: pay-daemon
