there is no mention of which model was used to build the agent. for all we know the author could have used qwen3 0.6 q4.

it would be helpful to know which models where used in each scenario, otherwise this can largely be ignored

congrats on the launch!

i opened a random lecture (MIT 14.01 Lecture 19: International Trade: Welfare and Policy)

a- i tried an exercise without watching the video, and then clicked on 'watch' next to the question, i expected it would take me to relevant portion of the video instead it played it from beginning.

b- i used the ai tutor and asked 2 random questions, instead of giving me an answer it prodded to provide more detail. this might be an intentional choice to ensure learning, however i personally prefer chatgpt's style where it gives me some information and then provides more angles to pursue.

i also asked the tutor about batman, here's the response for reference:

tell me about batman That's a good start, but your question is very broad. When you say "tell me about Batman," are you looking for information about the character's origin, his role in comics, his significance in popular culture, or something else? Try to narrow down your question a bit.

For example, are you interested in: - Batman's backstory and how he became a superhero? - The different versions of Batman in comics, movies, and TV?

Thanks! Yea the watch button should do that, we added 14.01 before that feature but will fix asap.

And yea probably thinking to do a guiding mode (as you said, often better to have the tutor guide you through step-by-step instead of giving you the answer right away) and a straightforward answer mode for the tutor. Or if you have any other ideas.

fixed the readme; i used the turndown from mixmark-io/turndown repo.

regarding license: i figured it'd be fine with MIT license but i noticed after your comment that the turndown licence has a copyright line.

what's the right thing to do here? do i add turndown's license along with existing MIT one or replace the license in my repo with turndown's?

The MIT license is pretty simple:

> The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

I would just put it in a comment at the top of turndown.js. That's enough to fulfil the license requirements. I know a lot of people don't care, but good to do it right. Definitely don't replace your license with theirs though :)

this is a reasonable request, provided there is a human on the other side who is going to read the 200-400 word response, and make a judgment call.

congrats on the shipping. this is a surprisingly tricky problem to solve. feedback : a- john wick is available india via lionsgate subscription in prime; while the app show only rent option. this basically means improving the scraper and channel identification in prime

b- i usually google the movie i intend to watch by appending the keyword watch. for instance, john wick watch this works most of the time, except in cases when a particular was available on a streaming service when google scraped the page, but has since moved to a different service. if you can somehow solve for this then you'll have an edge.

I'll definitely be looking more deeply into this. Thank you for your feedback!

hn post which leads to reddit which leads to twitter smh

This is one of the most relatable blog post I have read in recent time.

> precedence says I will fall into inaction and misery, and achieve nothing. Complete nothing

Exactly what I am afraid of; and this fear is keeping me from quitting my job. At my current job I worked hard to deliver on a "innovative" solution, which would have removed a lot of manual work, but the project got re-prioritized when the manager was fired.

I don't find any satisfaction in the current project; earlier I used to look forward to work, now it has become a chore. I have enough savings to last me 6-8 months. But I don't know if I'll be able to bounce back in case I end up wasting all those months.

If you want to take a break and financial runway is your only concern, move to a low-cost area of the world.

If you live in a high-cost country, I bet your base minimum spending is around 2500 if you're single, and 5000 for a family of four.

You can easily cut their by half in other areas of the world with a good quality of life. Instantly doubles your runway.
