Is Ashby much better at the hiring workflow than Notion?

I’m a Notion Consultant. I usually avoid hourly work but when I do some coaching/training sometimes. In that case, I charge between $300 and $1000 session (60 to 90 mins).

No offense, but may I ask what exactly do you consult on in Notion?

I don't know much about the space but if you're just starting out, I'd pay attention to two interesting companies: 1. https://www.synthesis.com (productizing Elon Musk school) 2. https://primer.com (community for home schooled kids)

There's missing link between visual design tools (Figma etc.) and documentation tools (Notion etc.). Yes, you can embed Figma into Notion but that's where the interconnectedness ends.

I think it's very important for a smooth workflow.
