I continue to be blown away by Readernaut: http://readernaut.com

The Flickr image is actually just a photo of the latest issue of Mad Magazine. http://macenstein.com/default/archives/1547

Are you saying Mad Magazine still exists? Interesting.

I really wish they would allow for adding links to a bookmark's description. It would make it so much nicer for making "via" links. Markdown, Textile, <a href=..., anything!

This is exciting news. The long-awaited 1.0 is in sight.

I'm looking forward to using that feature above all. It's like having Writeboard built into your blog. Except you can use Markdown instead of Textile!

Anybody here participating in this or contributing to Django in general?

I'm probably going to attend. Tipjoy is built in Django: http://tipjoy.com

> "You will have to appreciate the time and effort it took to run a search engine optimization campaign on the website he made you for your birthday, and how important that is to him. He shows his affection differently than other guys do sometimes."

That's funny.

That reminds me of this article: http://nukemanbill.blogspot.com/2008/06/how-to-sell-your-sof... where the author discusses finding niches to sell big dollar software. Good stuff.

Agreed. I think that's the key point to this whole article. Too bad the discussion focused on the Christianity part.

If you found a lot of value in this article, check out their website (http://www.horizonsoftware.com/). Although it's not interesting, unless you are interested in successful, multi million dollar software startups.
