Looks like they were moved to the Ozzie subfolder: https://github.com/microsoft/MS-DOS/tree/main/v4.0-ozzie

That was literally just added; I have a tab open that doesn't have that folder. This is wild and strangely exciting to see released in real time.

Ya we wanted to separate the MS-DOS and MT-DOS stuff, it was confusing as it was

I'm not complaining, that's for sure! Thanks for all you're doing.

The concept and visualization reminds me a lot of similar technology in the TV show Person of Interest. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Person_of_Interest_(TV_serie...

It's quite interesting to think about how relevant the themes being discussed in that show are ever present today.

Underrated show and absolutely prescient!

It was a cool show, but a lot of the domains I am familiar with (hacking/cybersecurity, programming, compression) were very much made up for the storyline, so I suspect they didn't have much accuracy in domains I don't know much about (superintelligent AI, government surveillance, etc).

All the features you mentioned are part of regular (included) Autopilot, not Enhanced, or FSD.

HSMs typically will have a fixed number of login attempts that reset only on successful login.

If the password verification attempts are passed through directly to the HSM, then yes, this is standard.

Do you mean, we won't have another situation, if FB continues its hard stance towards unauthorized data collection?

Cause otherwise, I don't see how they could have another Cambridge Analytica situation if what they're doing is sharing _less information_.

Is it still happening? Seems to have been resolved for my friend that was hit.

For security purposes, likely all prior entries are kept on hand with the time, for some retention period, before being wiped.

Do you mean Apple, whose usage of the PSL caused this?

No, Facebook. Facebook is telling companies to use the PSL. The PSL people are saying, “we give no guarantees about how long it will take us to add a domain to the PSL”. They could drag their feet so long as to make the PSL useless. To make sure it works, I could see Facebook wanting to get some of their people into position so that they can immediately approve PRs on the PSL.

I can’t think of any reason Apple would want to support the PSL.

Apple is literally the one recommending the PSL I have no idea what you're talking about

Did you not read the linked article from Facebook?

Apple linked PSL to PSM. Facebook told all their sites to abuse PSL with requests to get added.

Oculus feels fine to me, more comfortable then the index at least. Though for the index I've switched to prescription lenses which is obviously the most comfortable choice.
