I don't know anything about "Munchery" other than what this medium piece offers, but I do admire Lenore Estrada's courage to call them out.

Either the VC advisor was asleep at the wheel, or they knew full well that Munchery would screw hundereds of people out of their hard earned wages.

The investors should be held liable for their role in letting Munchery violate labor law, failing to pay their employees.
