It seems to be much easier to attack a reputation than to fix it.

Like if enough women accuse Bill Cosby of something, then the court of public opinion will say he’s guilty. (I understand that in a real court he was convicted by a jury based on his own deposition from 2005 though). But on the Web, what does it cost people to just make stuff up and use botnets or GPT?
