According to the status dashboard: "Cloud SQL Instances entering recovery mode when Query Insights enabled"

I'm personally seeing recovery mode even with Query Insights turned off



Experiencing this issue.

First incident occured after enabling Query Insights. Have turned off the feature, will see how it goes.

Edit: nope, didn't help
