Sure and Oracle Forms, Designer and APEX, Hypercard, VB GUIs, Django admin forms, Rails default forms etc etc. All code eventually and I saw some horrendous stuff in Oracle forms in the 90s

Yup, and how about Turbo Vision Gui Builder? It was great Gui scaffolder.
