It doesn't sound like the data has been exfiltrated, it just sounds like basic ransomware (encrypted on Gigabyte's computers). In fact, in the message, the hackers are asking the victims to send them any encrypted file, not sure why. If it has been exfiltrated, I wonder if it contains info about Intel's Management Engine (ME) and AMD's Platform Security Processor (PSP).
