This is super cool, and is a convenient blueprint for the Python (un)conference I’ve wanted to run for years! “Snakes on a Train” has been an idea I’ve talked to plenty of people at Python conferences about over the years, and I never could work out how to make it practical based on the cost of tickets, now I have a blueprint it may just happen before I get to old to enjoy it.
