1. Global Warming is not even happening

2. Ok, it's happening but it's not caused by humans

3. Ok, so it is caused by humans but there's nothing we can do about it

4. Ok, we can do something about it but oops too late

I guess somewhere near step 7 we stop voting evil lizard people into power.
