On android when you open an incognito tab it very clearly says that this mode will not store browsing history, cookies or form data.

And does "nothing" to stop ISPs or websites tracking you.

Not sure how anyone can misunderstanding what data is or is not saved when it's stated on every new incognito tab.



Most people don't know what those words mean, and they shouldn't have to as a prerequisite for using a browser.
