Which even then I doubt, since I'm fairly certain the Soviet copies didn't support all the features and functionality supported by the most advanced System 370 variants, let alone System 390 or later.

The wiki implies that these models were directly compatible: 1010, 1020, 1030, 1040, and 1050, which were produced between 1969-78.

There were many later models, but compatibility isn't mentioned.

Okay, but how is that relevant? No bank is running anything older then a System 390.
