Ask HN: Optimum small-business web hosting, email, and project platforms

I am setting up my second LLC from scratch, and it's been years since I did this last. I am going with Coda for my project/CRM/collaboration platform, MS 365 for some of my apps to hook into Coda, and I am looking for a VPS for my custom domain. I realize MS 365 Business will allow my custom domain email, and use of the Office apps (Exchange included), but I am wondering if I shouldn't just host it myself on my VPS host. In the early 2000s, I used Textdrive and their hosting for my site, email, and hosting. I realize email hosting is best left to the biggies like Google, Amazon, and MS. Coda is taking a central role to my current setup, so I can utilize Google, MS, and others through it rather than have them define my setup. Any tips for a single-member LLC here?

On a side note, I was a OneNote user from way back, and I always envisioned it being all Coda and Notion have become. I feel like OneNote was very innovative for its time.
