From China's PoV, this hitting the news seems pretty useful. Assertion that they are a player in both this conflict and the Middle East, marketing their weapons globally, saber-rattling for both global and domestic consumption, etc.

From Iran's PoV...not so much. Some of Iran's zealots may feel joy at the perceived assertion of power, with the US/Israeli knife at their throat. But the so-obvious countermove would be for the latter to slit Iran's throat, before it can purchase & take delivery of & install & learn to use & etc. the new weapons system.
