I always thought it would be interesting to have an appstore prereview startup that in 1 day will check and give you a hint if your app would be accepted.
That would be cool, but I think the review process is random enough that it would be hard to make really confident predictions about what gets in and what doesn't.
You could pitch it as a more general service I guess. "We'll tell you how to improve your app, including ways to improve your odds of a successful app review" or something like that.
